Bienvenidos a Nicaragua!

Well, we made it to Nicaragua! We've been here for 8 days now and we are truly loving it! My bestie said I would never blog, so I'm here to prove her wrong and get my "mellow~drama" off of my chest, so here I go! We have settled in nicely. The only downer was that we were robbed on the beach on July 4th. Ironic because we were only robbed because we are American or gringo, as they say down here. Robbed on America's birthday because we are American! Anyways, the good news is someone saw the banditos ditch our bag and the security in our gated community returned it to us, but with no kindle or camera to be found! However, the policia have caught them and recovered those items, too! The banditos are in now in jail and we should have our electronics back to us any time. That NEVER happens in Central America! We've been robbed several times in our travels down here and never saw our belongings again! Viva la Nicaragua! No camera so no photos to post yet, but soon... until we meet again! Adios!
